ABOUT US
Shady Elm Farm is a family-oriented farm nestled on 62 beautiful acres in Winchester, Va at the top of the Shenandoah Valley. Shady Elm Farm was started in April 2023 but the land it sits on has been farmed since the early 1900's. The original plot of land reached over 200 acres and started as an apple orchard in 1906 then later added a dairy portion in the 1940's. The farm was a working dairy farm until 2019.
Our goal is to have a warm, welcoming, environment where you and your family can come and enjoy yourselves. We pride ourselves in raising quality livestock and making sure that you know how your food was raised. We believe it is important to share the farming experience with the community and invite you to come out and meet the farmers and see how we do things here at Shady Elm.
